Acknowledgement All registrations will be acknowledged with an automated email response and link to your tax invoice. Cancellation and Refund Policy All cancellations must be made in writing via email. Cancellations made by 31 October 2024 will be refunded, less 15% to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds will be made. All refunds will be processed after the meeting. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Roadshow is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Payment All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (inclusive of GST). Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received. Credit card payment is not compulsory for online registration as you will receive a tax invoice with your registration confirmation and may pay by direct credit into the Roadshow bank account. |
