Kansas sues Pfizer...Today Kansas is filing a suit against Pfizer for misleading in its marketing of the Covid vaccine. A 69 page document outlines the complaints being brought against Pfizer.
One of the most concerning aspects is Pfizer’s claim in its marketing that the vaccine was ‘safe and effective’ for pregnant women. It has since been shown that in Feb 2021 Pfizer possessed reports that out of 458 women receiving the vaccine, more than half experienced adverse events, and more than 10% reported a miscarriage, many within days of the vaccination. Pfizer also possessed information from its own 2020 study on rats that the vaccine was linked to infertility, loss of litters and stillborn offspring. Pfizer also repeatedly denied any links to myocarditis or pericarditis: for example, at a press conference on Jan 18th 2023, Pfizer CEO denied the vaccine had shown any signals of causing stroke or myocarditis, despite billions of doses being given. This statement has since been shown to be irrefutably untrue. Pfizer also maintained the vaccine protected against Covid 19, and this has also now been proven to be untrue, as revealed in the recent ‘Pfizer Papers’ book published Oct 24. Pfizer also claimed the vaccine stopped transmission, but later admitted in a hearing it had never done studies on the effectiveness of the vaccine for transmission. Emails have also revealed that Pfizer coordinated with social media platforms to censor people voicing their concerns over the ‘safe and effectiveness’ of the vaccine. This suit is the first of a multi-state collaboration, with Kansas being the first of 5 states to file a suit (and possibly more to follow). The UK Yellow Card System is equivalent to NZ CARM Adverse events following vaccination in Uk are reported here....and the rate of somewhere between 3 and 10% of the ACTUAL incidence of adverse events. Reports to this database are SUSPECTED but not necessarily confirmed causally related to the received drug.
