Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea are included in your registration. Credit Cards & Payment Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. Payment may also be made by direct debit into the “Conference Trust Account”. All fees quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST. Payment for registration must be received prior to the commencement of the conference. Facilities for People with Disabilities Please indicate during the registration process if you require disabled facilities. Liability Disclaimer The Organisers, will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property as a result of the meeting or related events. In the event of disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Organisers accept no responsibility for loss of monies. Meet & Greet You will have the opportunity to purchase a ticket to the 'Meet & Greet' during the registration process. The Meet & Greet allows you to meet some of the speakers and special guests. Should you wish to purchase any additional tickets please contact the registration desk. Messages Messages may be left with staff at the registration desk. Privacy The organisers comply with NZ privacy legislation and are committed to protecting the right of the individual to privacy of their information. In registering for the Roadshow, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the organisers information. Your personal information will not be provided to third parties. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us and we will promptly correct the information. Registration & Information Desk There will be a registration desk at each venue. Please visit the registration desk on arrival to collect your Roadshow ticket. This will give you access to all sessions and catering. The registration desk will be open from 7:30am-6:30pm on each day of the Roadshow. Special Diets You will have the opportunity to advise any special dietary requirements during the registration process. A separate table will be available for those with special dietary requirements. Tickets All delegates will be given a ticket upon registration onsite at the venue. This ticket is your official pass to all sessions, catering areas, the exhibition hall and, if you book for the Meet & Greet. Wi-Fi Wireless internet is available free of charge throughout each venue. |
