Accommodation block bookings have been arranged in various hotels close to the conference centre. You may book your accommodation via the online registration process when you register for the conference. Please note you will NOT be called directly to arrange bookings and the hotel will not take bookings directly for the Conference. Thank you.
You must enter a valid credit card to secure your booking during the online registration process, however it will not be charged, it is simply to secure the room for you. Delegates are responsible for covering all costs related to their accommodation. You will be required to pay the hotel directly when you depart. Cancellation fees will apply after the deadline date of Monday 25 September 2023.

Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]
- The hotel requires all cancellations to be made 30 days prior to arrival.
- Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date will not incur any charges.
- Bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation charges of that booking.
- Any No Shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation charges of that booking.

Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check in time please book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time may mean that your room will be released.
To Secure Accommodation
To secure accommodation please book prior to the closing date of Monday 25 September 2023. You will be required to provide a credit card to guarantee the booking, however your account is to be settled directly with the hotel upon checkout. Any no-show fees will be charged to your credit card. Room Rates quoted are per room per night in $NZD and include 15% GST unless otherwise specified. Reservations are taken on a first in, first served basis.
